How to use Hot & Cold Therapeutic Oat Bag

  1. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours. If temperature is comfortable, apply to affected area.
  2. Monitor skin during use to avoid frostbite. If the compress feels too cold, wrap it in a towel or cloth before applying.
  3. Return to freezer for future cold therapy use.
  1. Ensure microwave is clean. Compress must be at room temperature before heating.

  2. Distribute gel evenly and lay flat in microwave. Heat at full power for 40 seconds.

  3. Check temperature carefully—it may continue to rise slightly. If too hot, let cool before use.

  4. If additional heat is needed, reheat in 5-second increments. Do not exceed 60 seconds total heating time.

  5. Knead gently and apply. If uncomfortably hot, let cool before reapplying.

  6. Store at room temperature for future hot therapy use.

  • Consult a physician before use if you have circulatory or diabetic conditions.

  • Do not sit or lean on the compress.

  • For external use only.

  • Do not leave the compress unattended with children, the elderly, or incapacitated individuals.

  • Do not apply to open wounds.
